Safe Poultry Temp: 165° F

Cajun Drumsticks

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Pat drumsticks dry. Rub a generous amount of cajun seasoning into the skin.
  3. Put ½ Tbsp butter on each drumstick.
  4. Arrange drumsticks on a pan (sprayed with nonstick). Bake 25-35min.

Honey Orange Drumsticks

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Salt chicken and place in bowl.
  3. Pour honey orange glaze over chicken and mix to evenly coat. Rest 1 hour.
  4. Roast 30 min, then reduce to 325°.
  5. Baste every 20 minutes, cooking ~90 minutes total.

Chicken Leg Quarters (skin on- juicy!)

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick.
  3. Pat chicken dry and smear ~½ Tbsp butter on each leg. Season well.
  4. Arrange chicken in pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, basting after 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and baste; increase oven temp to 425° for 20-30 minutes more.
