Chicken!
    
    
    Safe Poultry Temp: 165° F
    
      Cajun Drumsticks
      
        - Preheat oven to 400°.
- 
          Pat drumsticks dry. Rub a generous amount of
          cajun seasoning
          into the skin.
        
- Put ½ Tbsp butter on each drumstick.
- 
          Arrange drumsticks on a pan (sprayed with nonstick). Bake 25-35min.
        
 
    
      Honey Orange Drumsticks
      
        - Preheat oven to 350°.
- Salt chicken and place in bowl.
- 
          Pour
          honey orange glaze
          over chicken and mix to evenly coat. Rest 1 hour.
        
- Roast 30 min, then reduce to 325°.
- Baste every 20 minutes, cooking ~90 minutes total.
 
    
      Chicken Leg Quarters (skin on- juicy!)
      
        - Preheat oven to 300°.
- Spray a casserole dish with nonstick.
- 
          Pat chicken dry and smear ~½ Tbsp butter on each leg. Season
          well.
        
- 
          Arrange chicken in pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, basting after
          30 minutes.
        
- 
          Remove foil and baste; increase oven temp to 425° for 20-30
          minutes more.
