Praline Sweet Potatoes
Description
Marshmallow sweet potato pie is gross. These are much better.
Ingredients
- 4 cup sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed (approx. 6-8 potatoes)
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ lb butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- 1 Tbsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 9x13" pan.

Combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, vanilla, eggs, and cream. Blend
well and spread evenly in dish.

In a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Cut
together until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

Bake uncovered 35-60 minutes until topping is crisp on the edges and
firm in the middle.
